Mark your calendars, gather your friends and family, and bring a chair or blanket to join us for the 2024 Gloucester City Summer Concert Series.  


Presented by Gloucester City and the Gloucester City Economic Development Corporation (GCEDC), these free concerts are set to take place on the second and fourth Tuesdays in June, July, and August from 7-9 pm at Proprietors Park located at Powell & King Street, Gloucester City, NJ.


Hosted by the esteemed Hall of Fame Radio Personality, Michael Tearson, and featuring top-notch sound provided by Dragon Fly Sound, this year's lineup promises to be a treat for music lovers of all ages.


Concert Schedule:

  • June 11: Kickstarting the series, MONKO from "Candy Volcano" will take the stage, with opening act The Michele Show returning by popular demand.

  • June 25: Swing That Cat, a series favorite, will keep the energy high, with opening act Lost Art setting the mood from the beginning.

  • July 9: National recording artist Laura Cheadle will dazzle the crowd with her soulful tunes, joined by local talent J Wiggy as the opening act.

  • July 23: Remember "The Young Rumblers"? Tommy Conwell brings his iconic sound to the waterfront, with Michael Tearson & Co-conspirators warming up the stage.

  • August 13: Legendary singer-songwriter Ben Arnold takes center stage, with local favorite Kevin Beckett as the opening act.

  • August 27: Returning from Abbey Road Studios, Rogers & Butler promises an unforgettable performance, with worldwide recording artist Dave Bakey kicking off the evening.

Don't miss these incredible evenings of music, community, and summer vibes! The Huggs Tavern Beer Garden will start at the June 25th show and tasty food will be provided by community organizations will be at each event too.
