Beatrice Fisher, of Audubon, age 94, formerly of Gloucester City, GHS Alum

 

(nee McCullough) On June 22, 2024, of Audubon, NJ.  Age 94 years.

Beloved wife of the late George H. Fisher.  Dear mother of Linda (Ronald) Kegel.  Loving grandmother of Melissa (Joseph) Garofolo and Colin (Caitlin) Kegel.  She is also lovingly survived by her great grandchildren: Serena, Andrew, Aidan, Austin, Dublin and Eloise and many nieces and nephews.

Beatrice was a 1947 graduate of Gloucester City High School.  She was a longtime member of Audubon United Methodist Church and a longtime employee for J.C. Penney Co., Audubon, NJ.  She also volunteered as a chaperone for the Audubon Bon Bons Drum & Bugle Corps.  Beatrice was a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

Services were held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Audubon United Methodist Church, 314 W. Graisbury Ave., Audubon, NJ 08106.  Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the church at the address above.
