Dominic L. Chiro, 87, of Bellmawr

Surrounded by his loving family at home, Dominic passed peacefully on April 15, 2024, at the age of 87. Of Bellmawr. Formerly of Whiting, NJ and South Philadelphia. Survived by his wife of 66 years, Eileen M. Chiro (nee Talley); children, Dennis Chiro (Ann), Joyce Moyer (Frederick, Sr.) and Mark Chiro, Sr. (Ruth); grandchildren, Dominic Chiro, Frederick Moyer, Jr. (Dawn), Jeff Moyer (Lisa), Mark Chiro, Jr., Kyle Chiro (Melanie), Elyssa Lagasse (Joshua) and Tyler Chiro; great-grandchildren Logan, Carter, Mackenzie, Grant, Ethan, Jace, Luke, Walter and Charleigh.

Dominic was a graduate of South Philadelphia High School class of 1954 and attended Villanova University. He retired as a tool designer for L3 Communications, formerly RCA in Camden. In his retirement, Dominic took on many jobs to keep himself busy and continue working.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Sunday, June 9th from 9 to 11 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Funeral service 11 AM in the funeral home. Interment private.
