GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (MARCH 3, 2024)(CNBNEWS)--Today, over 1,000 people gathered along the streets to watch the Gloucester City Irish Parade. The parade featured many organizations, including the Gloucester City Republican Party, with four candidates running for election in November. The party's candidates include Anthony Kates for Ward 1, Pattie Kropp for Ward 2, Sandy Reed for Ward 3, and James Muller for At-Large.

Apart from the Republican Party, other participants in the parade included the Gloucester High School Color Guard, NJSP on Horseback, Gloucester City Old Timers String Band, Grand Marshall Roseann Michel with Ancient Order of Hibernians & Legion of Mary, Division 1 Ancient Order of Hibernians, Monsignor Hodge, Fox29’s Bob Kelly, Betsy Ross, The Bank Bar, Peter School of Irish Dance, British Hessian Brigades, Durning String Band, and Civil War Reenactors.
