Gage Xavier Myers, 19, of Gloucester City

Gage Xavier Myers was born on July 10, 2005. Gage was a believer in Jesus and walked into his loving arms on March 23, 2024.
Gage is survived by his parents, Keith Myers and Christina Howey Myers; sisters, Nicole Myers and Jacqueline Myers; niece, Kai Wilcox; nephew, Christopher Barton; grandparents, David and Joanne Howey; uncle, Michael Howey (Heather); aunt, Rachael Howey and his loving girlfriend Rylee McNee. Predeceased by his brother, Kyle Myers.
Gage attended Gloucester Catholic High School freshman and sophomore year. He was an active parishioner of St. Mary’s Church, where he served as an altar server. He transferred to Gloucester High School his junior year where he was quickly accepted by his peers and found true love with Rylee McNee.
He played basketball and baseball experiencing injuries that sidelined him. His commitment to the team continued and he attended every practice and game although he physically could not play.
He met his high school sweetheart, Rylee McNee and they both showed each other true flawless, unconditional love throughout their relationship.
Gage’s dream came true as he followed in his grandfather’s footsteps joining the NJ Carpenters Apprenticeship. He quickly flourished in the short amount of time, making friends along the way.
Gage was wise, kind, caring and full of character. He was quick witted and made everyone laugh with ease. He loved his family. He was always there with an ear to listen and words of wisdom.
He will forever be missed and loved!
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Wednesday evening, March 27, 2024 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 7 PM at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St, Gloucester City.
On Thursday morning, March 28th, all invited to his graveside service at 11 AM at New St. Mary’s Cemetery, 515 W. Browning Road, Bellmawr. Please meet inside the center gate by 10:45 AM.
In lieu of flowers, Gage’s family would appreciate Mass Cards in his name at St. Mary’s Church, Gloucester City or consider a donation to St. Mary’s Church.
