Justice Must Be for All, Not Just a Few

Recently, William E. Cleary Sr. CNBNews Editor and Publisher, and his son, William E. Cleary Jr., had to endure such a stressful situation due to false charges brought against them by the Gloucester City Police Department. Over several months they were summoned to court six times to answered charges of trespassing and theft that were never proven. Not knowning how many more times they would have to appear in court they pleaded guilty to a plea agreeement and each had to pay a $500 fine. It is even more disheartening to know that some of the people responsible for this are none other than the judge and the prosecutor who were supposed to uphold justice in Gloucester City.
Those responsible not only harmed the reputation of the Cleary family but also undermined the integrity of the court system. And their actions reflected poorly on the community of Gloucester City. The legal system plays a crucial role in ensuring justice, but incidents like this can shake the community's faith in it.
As a community, we should come together to hold those responsible for upholding the law accountable for their actions. Everyone deserves a fair trial, and it is the responsibility of those within the legal system to ensure that justice is served impartially and without bias.
We should work towards creating a fair and just society where such incidents do not occur in the future. Let's use this as an opportunity to strengthen our legal system and ensure that it serves everyone equally.
