GLASSBORO, NJ - The nationally-ranked Rowan field hockey team was well-represented in the academic honors that were announced by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA). The Profs had 16 student-athletes named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad, with five of them being named NFHCA

Selected as NFHCA Division III Scholars of Distinction, which honors those achieving a grade-point average of 3.9 or higher through the Fall semester, were juniors Erin Flynn and Madison Murray, sophomore Sidney Pavlishin and freshmen Lindsey Renshaw and Mari Tirado.
 
The NFHCA National Academic Squad recognizes those who have maintained a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the fall semester. Leading the way are four-time selections, seniors Madison DuBois and Aida Ingram.
 
The NFHCA National Academic Squad program, sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, celebrates the academic excellence of undergraduate collegiate student-athletes.
