Senior Freeze: Property Tax Relief for Seniors and Disabled Persons

The Senior Freeze property tax reimbursement program provides eligible seniors and disabled persons with reimbursements for property tax or mobile home park site fee increases. Applicants must be 65 or older as of December 31, 2022, or receiving federal Social Security disability benefits by that date. Applicants must also have owned their home by December 31, 2019 and have paid all property taxes for 2022 and 2023. The household income cap for the 2023 benefit is $163,050.

The application deadline for the 2023 benefit is October 31, 2024.
