GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (CNBNews)(January 8, 2024)--Gloucester City Mayor and Council at their January 4 Reorgation meeting, approved 15 contracts for professional services during the 2024 calendar year totaling $1,296,547.  Professional contracts do not require the city to seek public bids. 

 


1. Bowman and Company, of Voorhees, City Auditor @$83,000

2. Brown & Connery, of Westmont, Special Labor Attorney @$60,000

3. Independent Animal Care Services named Animal  Control and Animal Cruelty Investigations @$12,600

4.  Maley Givens PC of Collingswood, Special Redevelopment Counsel @$50,000

5. Pennoni Associates of Haddon Heights was named city engineer for an amount not to exceed $450,000. 

6.. Pennoni Associates,  Environmental Engineer @ $15,000

7. Rutgers State University, provider of mental health services @$5,267.50

8. Senior Citizens United Community Services, Transportation Services @$28,840

9. Triad Associates, of Vineland, Grants Management Consultant@ $75,000

10. Edward Vernick, of Cherry Hill, Redevelopment Engineer/Special Projects @$100,000

11. Andrew Viola, Municipal Court Prosecutor @$24,000

12. Charles Wiggington, Municipal Court Public Defender @$24,000

13. Brett Wiltsey, Obermayer of Mt. Laurel, Special Counsel to the City Tax Officer @$80,000

14.Wade, Long, Wood and Long of Laurel Springs was named city solicitor @ $280,000

15. Senior Citizens United for bus service to senior citizens………………….$28,840
