Tom Morley, age 89, of Haddon Township

Thomas M Morley, 89, born and raised in Philadelphia and residing in Haddon Township, NJ, passed away on December 6th, 2023.  He was a graduate of Southeast Catholic High School and continued to meet with other members of the class of ’52 monthly.  He worked as a printer for 8777084_fbsthe Philadelphia Inquirer and a driver/courier for much of his career, and was more than happy to provide anyone way too detailed driving directions to anywhere in the tri-state area, complete with the locations of all Wawas along the way.  He was also a Mummer for 7 decades, with most of that time parading with his second family, the Jokers NYA.  He loved spending time with his grandkids, watching the Eagles, Phillies and his son’s sporting events, making birdhouses, and going down the shore.

He is survived by his wife Kathy Morley (Gallagher), son Tom Morley, daughter-in-law Shenita Basdeo, grandkids Anya (6) and Kyle (4), and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, December 14, 10 AM to 12 Noon at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ.  Prayer Service will follow at 12 Noon.  Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tom's memory can be made to the Millay Club, 1736 S. 10th St., Phila PA  19148 for the “Class of '52 Scholarship Fund" at Neumann-Goretti High School, Phila PA.
