ARREST OF KIDNAPPING/ROBBERY SUSPECT On Sunday, October 23, 2023, at approximately 2:08 am, a Bensalem Police officer was flagged down by a robbery victim on Hulmeville Road. The victim reported that he was getting into his delivery truck at KMC Distributor, 1810 Byberry Road at approximately 9:00 pm when two unknown males approached him. FREDDY ORTIZ Border Patrol Agent Freddy Ortiz was killed in an ATV crash in Douglas, Arizona while responding to reports of undocumented immigrants in the area of Chino Road and 5th Street.
