Frank J. Weichmann, of Brooklawn, GHS Alum, Memorial AA Member, College Football Coach

Everyone needs someone to lean on. We need someone too. Just to help get us through. Life is ours and we live it our own way. But, there will come a day when youth will pass away. Believe me, every heart has its secret sorrows which the world knows not. Oftentimes, we call them cold when they are only sad. Because Frank could not stop for death, he suddenly stopped for him in the early morning on All Souls Day in Philadelphia. The carriage held but just Frank and immortality.

He graduated from Gloucester High School, class of 1991, and attended Frostburg State University, Frostburg, MD where he played football and graduated with a B.A. in 1997. Frank was an assistant football coach at Wesley College in Dover, DE, and had worked as a webmaster at KMC Telecom, as a Chief Information Officer at Getting Hired in Hanover, MD, and most recently as the Chief Product Officer at Kamine Technology Group in Bedminster, NJ.

Frank was a member of the Brooklawn Memorial AA and Mens Club. he was a novice homebrewer, enjoyed woodworking, movies, and was an avid record collector with his own show “Ten at Ten with Bubber J”. Frank was a lifelong, passionate Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan.
