Philadelphia, PA – Join the fall festivities at Dilworth Park from Friday, October 6 through Sunday, October 8, 2023. The Philadelphia Marketplace Fall Market Weekend, organized by the makers of Philadelphia’s iconic Christmas Village, will pop up along with Center City District’s Harvest Weekend on the first full weekend in October.  Hours will be Friday, October 6, 2023: 12:00pm - 8:00pm, Saturday, October 7, 2023: 12:00pm - 8:00pm and Sunday, October 8, 2023: 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Come ready to shop and snack - and celebrate the start of fall in the city. 

"The Fall Market is the grand finale of the Philly Marketplace series, where over 60 vibrant vendors come together to create a weekend of family fun that's nothing short of spectacular," said Project Manager Ronja Baumann. “The Fall Market has an abundance of crafts, and entertainment, making it a celebration of community and small businesses. Join us for a weekend that's not just about shopping, but about creating countless memories with loved ones amidst the start of the fall season."

The Fall Market, which will return in 2023 for its 6th season, will feature a curated selection of art and crafts vendors from the tri-state area. Together with Center City District’s Harvest Weekend activities, the market will cover the whole footprint of Dilworth Park on the West Side of City Hall. Local craftsmen, designers, merchants, and small businesses will offer their mostly handmade goods. Be excited for pumpkin spiced candles of all kinds, locally made apparel and skin care, dog treats, unique jewelry, art and crafts, and so much more! In addition to the fall themed food offerings Center City District’s Harvest Weekend will feature, the Fall Market vendors will offer delicacies like freshly roasted nuts, home-made pound cakes and cupcakes, Boa Buns, custard, and other desserts. The full lineup of vendors will be announced shortly before the event, check below for a sneak peek of our vendor selection.

Bring the whole family, including your furry friends, for a fun day out in the city celebrating all things fall! Dilworth park will be decked out with hay bales, cornstalks and pumpkins and buzzing with activities like pumpkin-painting, live performances, apple cider making for visitors of all ages all weekend long, brought to the public by Center City District!

The Philadelphia Marketplace Fall Market is a free outdoor market event, with food, drinks, and art and crafts pay as you go.
