THE MALE WAS TRANSPORTED TO PRESBYTERIAN HOSPITAL BY POLICE AND WAS PRONOUNCED AT 12:05AM...SCENE HELD...NO ARREST.Homicide 9xx West Lycoming Street25TH DISTRICT...HOMICIDE BY SHOOTING...9xx W LYCOMING ST...ON THE HIGHWAY AT 10:21P...A BLACK MALE "JOHN DOE" IN HIS 30'S WAS SHOT ONE TIME IN THE ABDOMEN.
