PITMAN, NJ -- The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its 2023 NJAC Football Preseason Coaches Poll where Rowan was selected third, as well as earning one first-place vote.

The Profs are coming off a 7-3 record from last season including a 4-2 record in conference play.

Defending champion Salisbury was first, also garnering six first-place votes while Christopher Newport was second. Kean was fourth, TCNJ fifth, with Montclair State (sixth) and William Paterson (seventh) rounding out the poll respectively. TCNJ was selected as the dark horse favorite.

Rowan begins its 2023 campaign on Thursday, August 31st at home against Stevenson starting at 6 p.m. at Coach Richard Wackar Stadium.
