Jefferson Health recently hosted a networking event in partnership with the South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO SJ). The Network Connect event, held at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital, provided an evening of conversation, networking, and valuable information on women’s health topics.

A Jefferson physician panel featuring Interventional Cardiologist Jeffrey Ogbara, MD; Neurosurgeon Richard F. Schmidt, MD; and Obstetrician–Gynecologist Tameka Sisco, DO, discussed heart health — including risk factors, symptoms, prevention and treatment of heart disease — as well as stroke and hypertension during pregnancy.
