Rusty was a Girl Scout leader when her girls were young. She loved her garden and created a piece of paradise in her large yard. Rusty was a sometime bartender at Keebler’s Cafe. She enjoyed traveling. She was a member of the VFW ladies auxiliary and a founding member of the Camden County Ladies' Ancient Order of Hibernians.

She spent the last years of her life in Florida and, most recently in Andalusia, Alabama. She was a child of the woods growing up in Chews Landing and, into adulthood, loved being outside. She will be missed.
