On May 30, 2023. Age 47. He was predeceased by his son, Timothy Russell, and his parents, Cecelia and William Peters. He is survived by his sons, Anthony Russell, and Aries Peters-Hernandez; grandson, Jadien Rodriguez-Peters; brother, Brian Peters and his wife Jackie; nephew, Alexander (Leeanne) Peters and niece, Gabriella (Damian), as well as cousins Todd and Michele Draper.
At the request of his family, cremation will be private.
