MAYS LANDING, NJ – Dominique Woodall, 27, from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was arrested without incident on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at approximately 2:00 a.m. in Pleasantville, NJ for the murder of 30 year old Atlantic City resident Terrance Dismuke on Friday, June 16, 2023 in Egg Harbor City, NJ.

On June 16, 2023, at approximately 4:50 pm, the Egg Harbor City Police Department was dispatched to the 200 block of St. Louis Avenue for a report of a shooting. Mr. Dismuke had been shot and was transported to the hospital by emergency medical personnel. Mr. Dismuke succumbed to his injuries while at the hospital.

Woodall has been charged with murder, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon without a permit to carry.  Woodall is currently lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a detention hearing.

The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office’s Major Crimes Unit and the Egg Harbor City Police Department are cooperatively investigating this incident.
