Head coach Josh Copskey was named All-Region Coach of the Year following a historic first year with the program. In his first year as a Mighty Mac, Copskey led the team to a program-best 29-win season to secure the program's first Atlantic East Conference championship. The Macs did not stop there, however, as the Mighty Macs went on to host their first NCAA Regional, securing the first NCAA Tournament victory in Immaculata Athletics history against Montclair State. Copskey, along with the rest of his coaching staff, also earned Atlantic East Coaching Staff of the Year honors.

Jason Hughes and Trevor Wagner were both named to the All-Region First Team after incredible seasons. Hughes, the Atlantic East Pitcher of the Year, adds All-Region to his growing list of accolades. Hughes finished the 2022 season with a 1.78 ERA, the lowest season ERA in Immaculata history. In 65.2 innings of work, Hughes allowed only 13 earned runs, striking out 70 batters while only walking 21.

Wagner, meanwhile, earns All-Region First Team honors following a strong season as the Macs' closer. Wagner led the Atlantic East with seven saves on the season, pitching for a 3.18 ERA over 28.1 innings of work. The Atlantic East First Team selection struck out 33 batters on the season, averaging 1.16 strikeouts per inning.
