Voorhees Twp. – Formerly of Berlin. Age 64, passed away on April 19, 2023. Born in Camden, NJ to the late Carroll and Norma (Erikson) Kates. He is survived by his devoted brothers; John and Stephen Kates.
Richard worked as an assembly worker for the Best Work Industries for the Blind in Cherry Hill.
