Donna M. D'Adamo, age 70, of Westville, Succumbs to Cancer

Donna M. D'Adamo, age 70, of Westville, passed away on April 3, 2023, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, at her home, surrounded by her family. Beloved daughter of the late Woodie and Concetta D'Adamo. Devoted mother of Shaundree Davis (David), Monica Only, Lisa Only, Estelle Meyers (Erick) and loving Mimi of Isabella Hernandez. Dear sister of Dolores Marchuk (Louis), Dennis A. D'Adamo (the late Wanda) and Karen Kelly-Mandl (Gary Birnhak). Donna's faith was important to her and she was very active in her Church. She was Chef for the Youth Ministry, participated in the Hospitality Ministry, Pastor's Selection Committee, Building Committee and the Covid Task Force. She was a Sunday School teacher, and participated in Summer Vacation Bible School. Donna was truly beloved by the children of the Church. She was honored with the Martin Luther King Jr. award and most recently with a Recognition of Service Award by the Church. In addition to her Church involvement, Donna worked at Cooper Medical Center for 30 years in Information Technologies and then at Virtua Hospital for 11 years as an Applications Analyst, also in IT. Her coworkers commented that Donna was a sweet angel with the patience of a saint and a personality that could just reach out and touch people. Donna was a ballroom dancer, loved shopping with her family and friends, trips to the beach but mostly spending time with her nieces and nephews that she loved with all her heart.

Family and friends are invited to join in the celebration of her life, joy and goodness, on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Living Word Bible Fellowship, 543 Somerdale Road, Blackwood, NJ 08012.

Visitation is from 10:00am to 11:30am with memorial service beginning at 11:30am.

Interment is private at the request of the family.

You may send flowers to the Church or donations may be made in Donna's memory to her Church, Living Word Bible Fellowship on Somerdale Road in Blackwood, NJ, and/or her favorite charities, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Deborah Heart and Lung Center, the American Heart Association, and Shriners Hospital for Children.
