GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ CNBNewsnet)--Eight years ago, Monsignor Bill Hodge, who was the Pastor of St. Mary's Parish, at the time, came up with the idea of having an Irish Parade in the community. Monsignor retired last year. From that small beginning, it has grown into one of the largest Irish Parades in the state of New Jersey.
