Beloved husband of the late Katherine (nee Gifford) Tomlin. Devoted Father of Kathleen Underwood (Robert) and Robert Tomlin. Loving pop of Robert Jr. (Beth), Brian (Theresa) and Jennifer (Jason). Great grandpop of Zachary, Skye, Alyssa, Marissa, Chloe and Jason Jr. Dear brother of the late Shirley Klinck. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

George proudly served in the US Army and received a Purple Heart during World War II. He was member of the Bellmawr seniors and the VFW Post #9563.
