Charles W. McKenna Jr., age 84, of Gloucester City; Air Force Veteran, GCHS Alumnus

On March 25, 2023. Age 84. Of Gloucester City. Loving and devoted husband of 56 years to the late Frances Ann McKenna. Loving father of Dr. Ann Marie “Amy” Bescherer (Dr. Rudolph, Jr.) and Allison B. Mankoski (Mark). Loving Pop-Pop of Mark S. Mankoski, Jr. and Morgan P. Mankoski. Dear brother of Anita Wheeler (late Kendall). Predeceased by his parents Charles W. Walt was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School class of 1958. He proudly served our country in the US Air Force. Walt worked many years in printing industry as a journey lithographer for Sherman Otto Press in Philadelphia. He always had an interest in modern history as well as model cars and trains.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday morning, March 29th, from 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM in the church. Interment will be private in New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
