PHILADELPHIA PA (February 4, 2023)(CNBNewsnet)-Two people died in Philadelphia Friday, February 3, 2023. One was a homicide by shooting the other was a single auto traffic accident.

The fatal shooting happened in the 18th District in the 4000-unit block of Market Street at 9:29 PM. The 21-year-old black male victim was shot multiple times throughout his body. He was transported to Presbyterian Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:50 PM. No one has been arrested, and no weapon has been recovered, according to the Philadelphia Police.
The traffic accident occurred in the 12th District and occurred at 56th Street and Grays Avenue at 6:55 PM. The police identified the driver as a 62-year-old black female who was driving a 2014 Chevy Malibu struct a fixed object. Emergency personnel transported her to Presbyterian Hospital, where she Wass pronounce dead at 7:28 PM.
