Sewell, NJ (February 17, 2023) — The Bill Bottino Cancer Foundation, a longtime supporter of the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, recently donated $35,000 to the Patient Assistance Fund at Jefferson Health - New Jersey. Last year, 40 cancer patients who needed help with rent, utilities, or transportation received financial assistance from this fund, allowing them to continue focusing on their treatment and care.

"We offer sincere thanks to the Bill Bottino Cancer Foundation for their ongoing support of the critical needs of our patients and families," said Tamara LaCouture, MD, Interim Chief of Cancer Services at Jefferson Health - New Jersey. "Their collaboration and generosity provide the vital assistance that allows us to continue putting patients first in all that we do."

Jefferson Health's two New Jersey advanced care hubs of the NCI-designated Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center are in Cherry Hill and Washington Township. For more information, visit www.JeffersonHealth.org/cancer.
