But for a family impacted by Alzheimer’s or another dementia, the holidays can also bring stress, disappointment and sadness. To help you navigate the holidays, we’ve compiled a list of tips and ideas for engaging with family and friends while lessening stress and creating moments of joy. Before the celebrations begin, be sure to register to participate in one of our education programs with December offerings that include the 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s, Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body, and more.
