On Aug 17, 2022, CBP officers at the Nogales Port of Entry seized 15,000 pills of colorful fentanyl pills that officials say are meant to look like candy. (CBP)
From December 5, 2022, to December 19, 2022, only two weeks in time, the following major drug "busts" were made at the southern boarder. These drugs aren't staying in Texas or Arizona; they are being distributed to every state in the union and most cities within the states.
During this two-week period there was a meth bust in Corpus Christi, TX in which 1,400 Clorox bottles were used to carry 3,000 pounds of liquid meth.* This was the 3rd largest bust in history. According to the U.S. Customs & Boarder Patrol, these bottles contained a street value of $100 million in meth. In addition, the Boarder Patrol also found 25 pounds or three gallons of liquid fentanyl. The Boarder Patrol says that 1 kilogram equals 2.2 pounds and can kill 500,000 people. If 25 pounds were confiscated, that could potentially kill 12 million people. If that were released into the water supply, it could wipe out the entire state of New Jersey. That image should scare everyone and especially anyone old enough to remember airplanes flying into the World Trade Center towers. On December 17 and 18, 2022 in Nogales, AZ** the Port Director announced that 1 million fentanyl pills had been confiscated along with 74 pounds of meth. That amount could potentially kill more the entire population of California. Are you scared yet?Over the weekend of December 17, 18, 2022 two backpacks were found on the U.S. side of the boarder, filled with drugs. Fox News (December 19, 2022) pontificated that drug mules had made it across the boarder successfully but then saw the Boarder Patrol agents in the area and got rid of the backpacks.Fox News, also on December 19, 2022, showed film of cartel runners on the Mexican side of the boarder. They were dressed in camouflage and carrying everything from guns to drones. While the reporter, who was embedded with the Boarder Patrol, was filming the cartel members, they sent a drone over to the U.S. side to check on police activity and probably just to let the Boarder Patrol agents know "we're here and we are not afraid of you."Just a reminder - if you don't know that it came from a legitimate store or supplier, don't eat it, drink it, or smoke it._________________________* Radio station KNUE 101.5 (Texas) December 5, 2022** Station KGUN9 (Arizona) December 19, 2022
