The Flooded Brooklawn Circle, Will The Bitter Cold Temperatures Freeze The Water?

BROOKLAWN, NJ (December 23, 2022)(CNBNewsnet)--Photos of the Brooklawn Circle today taken today, Friday, from the Emerald Diner looking towards the west circle. It will be interesting to see if the cold temperatures will change that water into an ice skating rink later tonight or Saturday morning. Does anyone ever remember that happening in the past?
