PHILADELPHIA, PA--Reverend Dennis Gill, Director of the Archdiocesan Office for Divine Worship and Rector of the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, will preside over the 26th annual Blessing of the Crèche located at 18th and Race Streets in Philadelphia.

Each year, the event is organized by the Christmas Crèche Committee and sponsored by the Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Knights of Columbus.
In addition to the blessing, students from Saint Francis Xavier Parish Elementary School in Philadelphia will perform traditional Christmas carols. The event is open to the public and all are welcome.
