Dentist; resident of Haddon Heights, NJ, for 60 years; passed away on November 11, 2022. He was 89 years old. He was the only son of Edward and Elizabeth Strow of Brooklawn, NJ.

He attended LaSalle High School in Philadelphia and then Rutgers University. He graduated in 1958 from the University of Pennsylvania with the highest honors. He served with the US Public Health Service in Washington, DC, at the National Institute of Health; at the USPHS Hospital in New Orleans, LA; and spent two years as a staff dentist at the US Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. He left the service with the rank of Lieutenant Commander.

Dr. Strow practiced General Dentistry in Mt. Ephraim, NJ, from 1961 to 1996, when he retired. He was on the staff of West Jersey Hospital, where he was Chief of the General Practice section of the Dental Department. He was a member of the Tavistock Country Club, Glade Springs Country Club (WV), the American Dental Association, OKU, and Matthew Cryer's dental academic honorary societies. He loved golfing, skiing, and baseball.

He is survived by his wife Ruth of 67 years; two sons, Edward Strow, III and Terence (Laurie) Strow, both of Haddon Heights; four grandchildren, Tanner (Jaclyn) Strow, Carolyn (William) O’Donnell, Christina (Michael) Greczy, and Rachel Strow; and a great-granddaughter Patricia O’Donnell.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, November 17, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, 4th Ave. & Kings Highway, Haddon Heights, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
