Green Parakeet Flying Around East Thompson Ave.

GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (October 10, 2022)(CNBNewsnet)--This morning around 10:15 AM, we (Peyton and Me) saw a light green parakeet in a tree on Thompson Avenue in between Burdsall and Harley Avenues. It resembled the parakeet in the image above.
It set on a tree branch for a few seconds. To capture the bird, I held out my fist, thinking it might come down from the tree, and called, "Here, sweetie." The bird looked around like she was pondering, "Who the hell is sweetie?" A few seconds later, it flew to the other side of the street. In the image below, the arrow points to the tree where Sweetie sought refuge.
Maybe the bird's name was Spike.
