Our Seniors are passionate about their health and fitness in Gloucester County. The Gloucester County Department of Health seeks to maintain and enhance the healthy behaviors of our communities.  This program includes agile steps and exercises that may increase mobility, breathing and relaxation. The movements are slow and uninterrupted and designed to provide participants with improved balance, strength, and flexibility.  Gail Curcio, class regular, says “Highly recommend Tai Chi/Chair Yoga classes for Seniors. These classes enable me in keeping active, healthy physically and mentally, gives tools to live safely and they are fun and free. They are the whole package for living a full life as I age. So thankful that the County offers programs with expert instructors that I became aware of them.”  Please contact 856-384-6870 for more information on free senior exercise programs.
