At 7 a.m. Monday, October 10, until 3:30 p.m., and if necessary, on Tuesday, October 11, at the same times, the flood gate will be temporarily repaired. More permanent repairs are expected to be made in the next few months.

NJDOT has two capital projects that are expected to begin construction in the next year or two that will replace the Route 130 Bridge over Big Timber Creek and replace the Route 47 Bridge over Big Timber Creek. Both projects include drainage improvements to help mitigate flooding in the area as best as possible.
