Anna Marie Troutman, nee Fischer, left us September 14, 2022, age 67, after a long illness.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Lee, her daughter, Aubrey (Eric) Olson, son, Will (Casey) and daughter, Shannon (Ernest); and grandchildren, Graeme, Rhys, Liam and Maddie and her constant companion for the past 13 years, her dog, Maggie. She is also survived by her sisters, Susan (Robert) Clifford, Linda Fischer, sister-in-law, Donna Fischer, beloved Aunt Nancy and many relatives who will miss her dearly.
Anna Marie grew up in Philadelphia, PA and Barrington, NJ. She attended Haddon Heights High School, where she thrived in student activities and track. Following graduation, she earned her RT license at Hahnemann University and then went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Education at the University of Pennsylvania and Master's in Educational Administration at the University of Scranton. After raising her family, Anna Marie began teaching at West Deptford Middle School and then taught Kindergarten at Garfield East Elementary School in Willingboro. She loved teaching Kindergarten children and took great pride in helping the children learn to read books and write their own stories.
Anna Marie's hobbies and interests were painting with oils, gardening, sewing, camping, fishing and traveling. She even conquered her fear of open water and took up snorkeling on her trips to the Caribbean.
The crown jewel of Anna Marie's life was definitely her family. Her pride and joy were Aubrey, Will and Shannon, in seeing them flourish and grow into the people they are now and she loved her grandchildren with all her heart.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Tuesday evening 6 PM to 8 PM and Wednesday 10 AM to 11 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Prayer Service will follow Wednesday at 11 AM. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
