On August 4, 2022. Age 97. (nee Dolan) Of Gloucester City. Loving wife of 61 years to the late Joseph A. “Dewey” Dewechter. Loving mother of Catherine Hughes, Joseph E. Dewechter (Sophia), Daniel Dewechter (Linda), Patrick Dewechter (Lori), and Robert Dewechter (Katherine). Also survived by her ten grandsons, one granddaughter, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. 8169781_fbs

Kay was born and raised in Ardmore, PA, to the late Anthony and Mary Dolan. She was a longtime librarian at the Gloucester City Library. Kay and her late husband, Dewey, were longtime faithful, devoted parishioners of St. Mary’s Church.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Thursday morning, August 11th from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in the church. Interment will be private in New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
