Chris passed away in March of 2018 after a tough battle with breast cancer. She was a committed Catholic and a devoted member of Gloucester Catholic family for over 12 years.
During that time, she took on numerous roles including teacher, librarian, yearbook moderator, forensic coach, as well as a myriad of other tasks. Chris also enjoyed volunteering her me as a catechist for the St. John of God Faith Formation Program and playing music at church services.
This scholarship program was started as a way to memorialize her life and to continue her commitment to serving.
Proceeds from the event benefit scholarships for students wishing to attend Gloucester Catholic.
