Owner of Philadelphia Consulting Firm Pleads Guilty to Failure to File Tax Returns

HARRISBURG - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that on August 1, 2022, Reverend Terrence D. Griffith, age 61, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan E. Schwab for failure to file a tax return. According to United States Attorney Gerard M. Karam, Griffith was the President of Clearwater Consulting Associates, Inc., located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As the company's responsible party, Reverend Griffith failed to file a tax return for the year 2015. Driver Involved in Fatal Magnolia Fire Truck Accident Charged

Magnolia, N.J. – Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay is announcing charges in a fatal motor-vehicle crash that occurred in January of 2022. On July 28, 2022, John Gibson, 29, of Lawnside, NJ, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree Vehicular Homicide by Operating a Vehicle Recklessly and causing the deaths of 68-year old John Bishop and 75-year-old Marie Endicott, both of Pine Hill, NJ. Loving mother of Linda Allen, she will also be missed by her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
