Based at Jefferson Stratford Hospital, the Patient Flow Management Center increases patient throughput and efficiency at all three Jefferson Health – New Jersey hospitals — also including Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital and Jefferson Washington Township Hospital.

Jackson oversees a team of Patient Flow Nursing Supervisors and Patient Care Coordinators who achieve this goal through a complex and highly precise system of moving patients efficiently from their initial admission to their return home (or to another level of care) — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
