
NEW JERSEY – The United States Postal Service promoted 738 employees to full-time career status and will convert an additional 120 pre-career employees now through July.
Recent promotions create an opportunity for 300 new candidates to join the most trusted federal team in America. Employment sites include Jersey City, Trenton, Camden, Paterson, Hackensack, Morristown, Dover, Mahwah, New Brunswick, along with limited vacancies at offices statewide.
For three days, June 9 until June 11, candidates can apply to fill Rural Carrier Associate delivery positions. City Carrier Assistant delivery positions will be available on June 13, 14, and 15.
Hiring experts will provide step-by-step application guidance at noon on Tuesday, June 13, 20, and 27. Registration is required and can be completed by scanning the QR code.
From 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., postal officials will also provide in-person assistance, prescreening/fingerprinting, and accept on-site applications at the following events:
