PHILADELPHIA PA (May 30, 2022)(CNBNewsnet)--SEPTA Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a male who is accused of stealing a cellphone from a wheelchair-bound passenger on a SEPTA bus. Pictures of the suspect obtained from SEPTA surveillance cameras are included with this email.

 

Crime news

 

The incident occurred at approximately 12:25 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, on a Route 118 Bus at 20th and Spring Garden Streets. The victim said that the male entered the bus and asked him to use his phone. The victim agreed, and then the male kept the phone and exited the bus at the next stop.
