Celebrating Students Accomplishments from Throughout the County
After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Board of Commissioners joined high school seniors and their families to celebrate the Best of Class Awards. The Board of Commissioners “Best of Class” awards honor students in seven categories: most courageous, community service, leadership, performing arts, most improved, school spirit and best overall. The students will be presented with a Camden County Best of the Class Medal that they can proudly wear at their High School graduation ceremony to signify
their achievement.
The Commissioners will honor more than 200 senior students who attend 29 public and nonpublic high schools throughout Camden County. They will be accompanied by parents, friends and school administrators. Over 600 people are expected to attend the event that recognizes their achievements.
“From leadership to performing arts, community service and more, these kids have shown true passion and drive when it comes to academics and being a part of their community,” said Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli Jr. “The achievements of these brilliant young people deserve to be celebrated and we’re thrilled that this event has returned after two years of missing it.” To see photos from the event Click Here.
