Patricia A Batdorf, 90, of Gloucester City

Patricia A Batdorf, 90, passed away at Inspira Hospital, Mullica Hill surrounded by her closest family on April 19th, 2022. Pat was born to the late John and Elizabeth Kelly O'Shura on April 10th, 1932 in Screen Shot 2022-04-28 at 08.54.51Girardville, PA and was sister to Jack O'Shura (deceased). Pat is survived by her son Harold G. Batdorf Jr., her grandchildren Harold G. Batdorf III , Daniel R. Batdorf and her great grandchild Maya Batdorf.

Pat graduated from Girardville High School and always spoke about how much she loved to be a cheerleader. After Girardville, Pat moved to Gloucester City, NJ with her two children, Kathleen Batdorf, and Harold G. Batdorf Jr. Pat took pride in providing for her family and was known for being the hostess with the mostest! Pat was also known for her exceptional cooking skills and always held open houses during the holidays. Christmas was her favorite, as she showered her family with gifts and never missed a year baking her famous cookie tray filled with Michigan Rocks and Date Nut Pinwheels. Pat loved to talk about how she worked until she was 76 years old and took pride as she was "a coal miner's daughter" who always lived with a "Don't Quit!" attitude. She was the head waitress at Ponzio's Restaurant in Brooklawn, NJ for over 20 years and was the bookkeeper at Storrie, Bud and Jones Agency.

Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Etherington Funeral Home: 700 Powell Street, Gloucester City, NJ 08030. Inurnment of ashes will occur at New St. Mary's Cemetery: 515 W Browning Rd, Bellmawr, NJ 08031.
