Marion E. Bruno, Longtime Trenton.Hamilton Resident

On April 23, 2022, Marion E. Bruno passed away peacefully in her sleep at Brookdale Assisted Living in Echelon Lakes, Voorhees, NJ.  Above all, Marion cherished her family and friends.  She was an avid 7985455_fbs reader and a dedicated NY Yankees fan!  She looked forward to her numerous visits to Foley’s Market!

Born in Trenton, NJ, she resided in Trenton and Hamilton her entire life.  She was predeceased by her husband, Frank A. Bruno, Jr, and daughters, Kathleen M. Paranich, baby Janet Ann Bruno; brothers, Leroy Gade and Walter “Sonny” Gade; mother, Mary (Brody) Gade; stepfather, Walter Gade and father, Karl Eulenfeld.

Beloved mother of Francine Kowalczyk (Steven), Paul F. Bruno, Joseph P. Bruno; cherished grandmother of, Michael Paranich (Brenda), Marianne Conte (Dominic), Steven Kowalczyk (Erin), Nick Kowalczyk (Amanda), Michele Curran, Nicole Bruno, Crystal Bruno and Nicholas Bruno.  She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Margaret Gade, sister, Dorothy Felice and her god-daughter, Lisa Fantini and several nieces and nephews and a special friend Alice Valen.

Marion worked in retail sales throughout her life at SS Kresge Department Store in Trenton, FW Woolworths in the Quakerbridge Mall, and Grossmans in Lawrenceville, NJ.  She was a member of Holy Cross Church, Trenton, NJ.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 11th at 10 am in Holy Cross Church, 233 Adeline Street, Trenton, NJ, where family and friends may visit from 9 to 10 am. A private burial will follow.
