Westville - Suddenly, on April 17, 2022, age 60 years, of Westville, NJ. Beloved husband of 39 years to Grace (nee Britton) Walton. Loving and devoted father of Kristi Walton-Brown, Heather Walton, and Amanda Walton. Caring brother of Crystal DiGirolamo, Raymond Walton, and the late Joan Walton and Evelyn Kaufmann. He was a proud and doting pop-pop to Abrianna and Collin and was anxiously awaiting the arrival of the next precious gem in his life, due in September. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

George was a special man, his entire life was dedicated to his loving family. They returned to him as much love and happiness as he gave to them. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to his family. George was a Union Shop Steward at The NJ Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, as an employee of Parsons, and was most recently working at the Cherry Hill Inspection Station. He was an avid 76'ers fan, Bowler, and also played softball. One of the things that George loved to do with his family, which turned out to be a tradition in his neighborhood, was turning his house into a haunted house during Halloween, for the delight of everyone in his community, especially the children. With all his activity, George also found the time for a "good nap".

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing, Sunday evening, April 24th, from 6:00 - 9:00 PM, and on Monday morning, beginning at 10:00 AM. at the Roedel-Krause Funeral Services, 315 E. Maple Ave. (cor. of Cove Rd), Merchantville, NJ. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Locustwood Memorial Park. Contributions in his memory may be made to the American Heart Assoc.
