On Thursday, February 24, 2022, at approximately 2:04 pm a Gloucester Township Police Officer was flagged down and notified of a head-on collision on Rt. 168 (Black Horse Pike) in the area of Landing Road.

Upon the Officer's arrival, two (2) vehicles were located in the roadway with significant, disabling front-end damage consistent with a head-on collision. As the officer checked the occupants of each vehicle he observed two occupants in one of the vehicles entrapped, suffering from serious bodily injury. Three (3) other occupants were able to self-extricate from the vehicle with less significant injuries. The driver of the other vehicle appeared to suffer bodily injury.
