On February 11, 2022, age 51. Of Hi-Nella. Formerly of Gloucester City. Survived by his children, Eric Allen, and his mother Michele Wrisley; Brianna Allen and Kay Allen, and their mother, Angela; mother, Patricia Anne Allen (nee Choate); siblings, Denise P. Allen, Dawn M. Allen and Thomas E. Allen; nieces and nephews, Anthony J. DeCaro, Jr., Jack R. Markiewicz, Jr, MacKenzie D. Markiewicz, Kyle E. Markiewicz, Ashleigh P. Markiewicz, Kamryn E. Markiewicz and Damian McNeil Allen. Predeceased by his father, Edward McNeil Allen, Jr. Also survived by his special friend, Lisa Barrett, aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends.
Ed was a graduate of Gloucester City High School class of 1989. He worked many years as a CAD Drafter for Mercer Gasket & Shim in Bellmawr. Ed was a lover of music, especially Van Halen and playing his electric guitars. Over the years, he played in many bands and met many great friends doing so. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved the Philadelphia Eagles.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday morning, February 18th from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St, Gloucester City. Funeral service 11:30 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill.
