Louis J. Tirendi, Sr. on January 29, 2022, of Westville. Age 75.

Beloved Husband of 50 years to Rose Marie (nee Silva). Devoted father of Steven Tirendi (Kim), Michelle Musilli (Fred), Gina Robinette (Andrew), and Louis Tirendi (Rachel). Loving Pop Pop of Natalie, Laura, Timothy, Domenic, Christian, Nathan, Cabrina, Riley, and Mason. Adored brother of Leanna Breen, Mary Stecklair (Bruce), Trudy Webb (Bob), and the late James, Joseph, Kathleen, and Joan. Dear Uncle to many nieces, nephews, and friends to many.

Big Lou enjoyed being with his family and he was loved by all. He worked hard for over 30 years at Tastykake and served in the Vietnam War as a proud member of the 7th of the 17th air calvary in the US Army. After retirement, Big Lou could be found watching the Phillies, playing golf, and binge watching many shows with his beloved wife Rose. You could also find him on the sidelines cheering on his grandchildren. He spent his summers at the pool and beach in Adventure Bound Campground surrounded by his family and many friends. To know him was to love him and he will be missed by all.
There will be a viewing from 10am to 12 Noon on Friday, February 4, 2022 at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Service 12 Noon. Interment is private at the request of the family. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Big Lou's name to the charity of your choice.
