LOOTERS CONTINUE TO RANSACK STORES IN CALIFORNIA...public blames law that downgraded the theft of property less than $950 from a felony to a misdemeanor

Three suspects have been arrested after an estimated 80 thieves took part in a targeted attack, assaulting three employees and grabbing merchandise from a California Nordstrom. KNTV's Sergio Quintana reports.

Gov. Newsom recently promised to get tough on looting gangs ransacking luxury stores even though he supported 'misdemeanor' law. Residents in the business owners in the area cite that 2014 law that downgraded the theft of property less than $950 in value from a felony charge to a misdemeanor for the rise in thefts. They also blame woke San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin for a rise in crime.

New York City Council Moves to Allow 800,000 Non-citizens to Vote in Local Elections

A far-left Democratic pol wants to give non-US citizens the right to vote in New York City — and if you don’t like it, he says, you can move, according to the New York Post and New York Times

The bill by Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez (D-Washington Heights) seeks to supersede state law and give a green card and work visa holders the right to vote in local elections.

“This is not about a favor, this is about taxation without representation,” Rodriguez — who came to the Big Apple from the Dominican Republican at age 18 and has been a staunch supporter of expanded rights for illegal immigrants —He added: “If people have a problem with this, then they should move to another town or another country that has not been built by immigrants.”

The bill has the support of 34 of 51 council members, enough to be passed.
